Water Wysteria Plant
Hygrophila difformis
Wysteria has large branched leaves growing from a fairly rigid main stem. It is a simple aquarium plant to manage as the leaves only require medium lighting. It spreads rapidly without care for the aquarium pH it is kept in. It's fast growth does require a liquid plant food containing iron. Carbon dioxide does not need to be supplemented for wysteria to prosper. Reproduction is as simple as breaking off a branch and inserting it into the substrate.
