Najas Grass

Najas is an aquatic species of plant that grows quickly when given strong light and nutrients. It grows submerged sending branches of fine leaves upward. This plant will develops a root system from stem cuttings.

Najas is suitable for ponds and aquariums with a tropical temperature. It prefers a rich substrate to accommodate its rapid growth, but may be grown with some success in gravel only.
