Baby Tears
Hemianthus micranthemoides
Baby tears is an interesting aquarium plant with a pink under leaf. It is a stem plant reproduced by cuttings planted in the substrate. Baby tears prefers stronger light as it will grow spindly when not illuminated sufficiently. It is a hardy plant regarding water conditions but benefits from carbon dioxide and liquid plant food.
