Anubias Plant
Anubias are African plants that have broad leaves and fairly rigid stems. They can grow steadily with subdued light which makes them a great feature plant for less well lit aquariums. Although they will prosper when grown as a full aquatic they can also be grown in humid enclosures above the water.
The tendril like roots of the abubias plant can grasp and adhere to pieces of aquarium driftwood. They should always be alowed to grow in this way as planting them in the gravel will have poor effects on the plant.
